Yes. All our high-visibility utility jackets and vests meet EN ISO 20471 standards. Each product page lists the specific Class rating (Class 1, 2, or 3) so you can ensure your team meets site-specific health and safety requirements.

How long does UK shipping take?
For in-stock items, we offer standard delivery (3-5 working days) and next-day express options across the UK mainland. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for fit issues?
We know getting the right size is crucial for safety. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the tags are attached and the garment hasn’t been worn on-site, we’ll swap it for the correct size or provide a full refund.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland and the Highlands?
Yes, we ship across the entire UK. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary slightly for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. These costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How do I know which size to order?
Since we specialize in specialist sizing, we provide a detailed Sizing Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring over your standard work clothes to ensure your utility jacket or hi-vis gear allows for comfortable movement.
Are your utility jackets waterproof or just water-resistant?
Most of our high-end utility range features a breathable, waterproof PU coating with taped seams. Check the “Technical Specs” section on the product page for the specific waterproof rating (e.g., 8000mm).
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes. Once your order is processed at our fulfillment center, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number from our courier partner (DPD/Royal Mail), allowing you to see exactly when your gear will arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For established trade customers, we also offer the option to pay via Pro-forma invoice.
